What Is Covered
Any defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This includes loose stones, broken clasps, and faulty hinges.
All gemstones are guaranteed genuine and natural as described. This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the piece. Each stone comes with a certificate of authenticity.
All gold jewellery is guaranteed to meet stated karat purity (10K, 14K, or 18K). All sterling silver is guaranteed .925 silver. Metal quality is guaranteed for the lifetime of the piece.
Gold-plated and rhodium-plated items are covered for normal wear for 6 months from purchase. Replating services are available at a reduced cost thereafter.
What Is Not Covered
- â$¢ Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, and chain stretching
- â$¢ Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- â$¢ Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, or saltwater
- â$¢ Unauthorised repairs or alterations
- â$¢ Loss or theft
How to Make a Warranty Claim

We will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by Biovlia.
