Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the US. International shipping takes 7-14 business days. International shipping may take 10-25 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the US. International shipping costs €13.99 and international shipping costs €19.99. Express shipping within the US is available for €9.99.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the United States. Standard shipping is €9.99, and orders over €100 ship free. We also ship select international destinations including Switzerland, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and more (€19.99).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Contact our support team through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you would like a different size or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Are your gemstones real?
Yes. All gemstones in our collection are 100% genuine and natural. We offer sapphires, emeralds, rubies, tanzanite, topaz, amethyst, garnet, opal, morganite, peridot, aquamarine, citrine, tourmaline, and many more natural gemstones.
What metals do you use?
Our jewelry is crafted from genuine precious metals: 10K, 14K, and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose), as well as .925 sterling silver. We do not sell plated or filled metals.
Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every purchase from Biovlia includes a certificate of authenticity verifying the materials and gemstones used in your piece.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:
- Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratching
- Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products
- Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing
- For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush
